The Opin app for smartphones is an innovative approach towards a better involvement of young citizens in municipal decision-making processes through location-based flash polling.
It allows to –
• Respond to polls on topics relevant to where you are.
• See what others have responded to those same polls, as presented in pretty graphs.
Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
